This Vendor/Advertiser Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between JPmatrimonials.com (“Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and the vendor/advertiser (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) who lists or advertises products/services on our Website.
By applying for or maintaining a listing or advertisement on JPmatrimonials.com, you agree to the following terms:
Vendors must provide accurate business details, licenses, and contact information.
JPmatrimonials.com reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any Vendor or advertisement at its sole discretion.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of their listings, advertisements, or services.
Vendors must not post misleading, false, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.
Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling their services or products directly to customers.
JPmatrimonials.com does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality, safety, or legality of any Vendor’s services or products.
All transactions and dealings are strictly between the Vendor and the end user.
Vendors agree to pay applicable listing fees, advertising fees, or commissions as agreed upon in writing.
All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
JPmatrimonials.com may suspend or remove listings for non-payment.
Vendors may only use logos, images, and promotional material that they own or have legal rights to use.
By submitting content to JPmatrimonials.com, Vendors grant us a non-exclusive license to display, publish, and promote the content on our Website.
Vendors may not:
Sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, or offensive products/services.
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Use the Website for spam, fraud, or misleading marketing.
JPmatrimonials.com shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from Vendor services, products, or advertisements.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPmatrimonials.com, its owners, and affiliates against any claims related to their business activities.
JPmatrimonials.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor’s listing or advertisement without refund if these terms are violated.
Vendors may request removal of their listings by providing written notice.
Vendors must comply with all applicable Canadian laws, including consumer protection, privacy, and advertising standards.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between JPmatrimonials.com and the Vendor. No oral or informal agreements will be binding unless confirmed in writing.
